binding issues with 2.4gHz mini slider

i have a mini slider, every time i reconnect the battery after recharging nothing happens the car make a noise like a servo is moving but i get no response from the steering or throttle, sometimes rebinding helps but modt of the time it doesnt. can anyone give me some suggestions as to how to overcome this

make sure the battery's in the controller are good... if that doesnt help you've got either a bad reciever or controller.. try binding the controller to a different receiver and the receiver to a different controller if possible, to see which is bad.. make sure your connections between the battery esc and receiver is all good also
