hi all, i recently purchased a second hand xxx-s that came with no batteries. i brought a battery with a tamiya connector and setup my car with the same connector. my speed controller is setup like this, posotive and negative joined with a capaciter, a differnt posotive going to the posotive motor connector then going to the posotive on the battery, another negative going straight to the negative on the battery, and finnaly the motor negative on the speed controller going to the negative on the battery. my problem is is when i plug my battery in the motor spins by itself and i cannot controll what the car does. also it doesnt matter which position the on/off switch is in it still spins the motor!
is there any obvious reasons to why this is happening?
is there something broke?
is there something wrong with my setup?
its a novak spead controller by the way
thanks for reading.
