Micro Xcelorin stopped working

I upgraded my micro highroller to the brushless and xcelorin esc. It worked fine for about 2 weeks then in the middle of driving it the throttle just stopped working but the steering still works. when I turn it on the blue light doesnt come on anymore. Any help would be appreciated. Hoping that its not broken cause im not gonna spend a dime more on this 250.00 micro. Ill go back to traxxas.

i had a problem with my xcelorin in my micro dt
turned out it was the wires going to esc came loose
also i have heard that the wires are easy to come loose inside the motor can
