Size restrictors?

What size restrictors do the pros run in their nitro truggies and buggies? Also, i have watched a lot of pro races and i noticed people while in mid-air turn the wheels left-right really quickly, What does this do? Also the link i am about to post is a final A-main with drake in it. I noticed he waited to about the 15 min mark to pit for gas the first stop and then he pits about 6 minutes later and this is during a 30 minute main. Is there a reason why he short pitted when he pitted exactly halfway?

i think by whipping the wheel you can whip the tail ive never done it because i didnt want to do anything stupid

What size restrictors do the pros run in their nitro truggies and buggies?

Most people run a 6mm. in buggy and a 7mm. in truggy. I've never ran out of fuel in a 10 min. main since i put the 25XZ in truggy. I couldn't make 10 min. in truck with the 28XZ. In buggy it's no problem.
