Got a question for anyone who can answer it, if you take 30wt and 35wt for example and mix them 50/50, will you come up with 32.5. I know you can buy 32.5 but what about mixing 30 and 32.5 would you come up with 31.25wt.

That minute of a difference would barely be felt but the problem is the mixing of the oils. when you dont clean out all the old oil in a shock when you refill it your shock can go from hard to soft because the oils are not mixed they will in fact be seperate in the shocks. I think to mix you would need to run through a blender to truly mix it I don't think shaking them in a bottle will do the trick, especially if they are different shock oils from different companies or if they have different additives and are from the same company.

Yes, what youa re saying is true, however, keep in mind you have to actaully mix the two. You cannot simply pour them both in a larger bottle and shake and call it a day.
